This home in Scarborough received a full asphalt roof replacement along with new seamless gutter installation by our team. The roofing project included complete removal of existing shingles, inspection of the roof decking, and installation of an Owens Corning Duration architectural roofing system with updated underlayment, ice and water shield, ridge ventilation, and properly detailed flashing for long-term protection. As part of the exterior upgrade, new 6” brown seamless aluminum gutters and downspouts were installed to improve water management and protect the home’s foundation and exterior surfaces. All work was completed to manufacturer specifications to ensure durability, performance, and long-term weather resistance.
