The project involved complete removal of existing roofing and siding materials, inspection of underlying surfaces, and installation of an Owens Corning architectural roofing system along with CertainTeed Monogram clapboard siding in Wedgewood Blue. As part of the scope, windows were properly flashed and sealed, additional double-hung windows were installed, and rot repair was completed in selected wall areas to restore structural integrity before finishing work.
