This South Portland home received a full roofing upgrade by our team, including a new Owens Corning Duration asphalt roofing system on the main roof and EPDM rubber roofing on flat sections. During installation, the existing roof deck required a full plywood skin coat to meet manufacturer warranty standards, which we completed using ½” plywood across the entire roof surface. The project was finished with proper underlayment, flashing, and ventilation to ensure long-term durability, performance, and warranty compliance.
