This home in Wolfeboro received a full exterior upgrade by our team, including new vinyl siding installation and construction of a new front entry deck with a covered portico. The project included removal of existing siding, inspection and repair of rotted fascia and window trim areas, and installation of CertainTeed Monogram clapboard vinyl siding with new house wrap, soffit, corner posts, and aluminum-wrapped trim for long-term durability and weather protection. As part of the renovation, the existing front landing and stairs were removed and replaced with a newly framed pressure-treated deck and railings. A matching portico was constructed above the entry, finished with black corrugated metal roofing and detailed to integrate cleanly with the home’s exterior. All work was completed with proper flashing, structural support, and finish detailing to create a cohesive and durable front entry transformation.
