Our team recently completed this high-performance epoxy flake floor system in Norton Shores, transforming the garage into a clean, durable, and easy-to-maintain space. This project included full surface preparation of the concrete floor, foundation block walls, and steps to ensure proper adhesion and long-term durability. We mechanically prepared all concrete surfaces, filled expansion/control joints, and repaired minor surface imperfections prior to coating application. The customer selected a decorative full broadcast flake system, which provides both enhanced durability and an attractive finished appearance. In addition to coating the main garage floor, we also applied the same epoxy system to the foundation block and steps for a seamless, uniform finish throughout the space.
