This exterior project got a complete curb-appeal upgrade! Our team started by power washing the entire building, carefully removing dirt, and any loose or flaking paint. We then scraped, sanded, and caulked all gaps and joint seams to ensure a smooth, sealed surface ready for coating. Once prepped, we applied Sherwin-Williams Duration® Exterior Acrylic Latex on the brick siding for long-lasting color and weather protection, and finished the garage door, frame, and service door with Emerald® Urethane Trim Enamel for a durable, factory-smooth finish. The result — a clean, modern exterior with a fresh, even look and premium protection built to last through Michigan’s seasons.
