Commercial Roofing Installation using 24 GA Double-Lock - Galvalume

A few years ago, after a hailstorm hit Block House Creek in Leander, Jacob Smola was out knocking doors with his cousin Levi. He met Kellen, a carpenter working in his garage, who asked him to take a look at his roof. Jacob climbed up and found an older roof with brittle shingles, but no storm damage. So he told Kellen exactly that: the roof was fine for now, and to call if another storm came through. About a year later, Kellen called. His boss, James, managed a large multi-use commercial property in Round Rock that was having roof problems, and Kellen told him he knew a roofer he trusted. This time the damage was clear. Jacob documented storm damage across the shingle and metal roofing systems, HVAC equipment, gutters, window screens and beading, and the fabric shade structures over the playground. The property had schools, offices, and other tenants operating every day, so the $250,000+ restoration had to be planned around keeping every business open with as little disruption as possible. The roofing included 1" double-lock standing seam metal in Galvalume and GAF Timberline HDZ shingles in Charcoal, along with repairs to the other storm-damaged components across the property. Jacob managed the project from start to finish, and James and Kellen were thrilled with how it turned out!
