Part of being Action Exteriors' BDM means getting out and building real relationships with the insurance offices we work with, not just showing up once and calling it done. Kim works at one of those offices, and after enough visits and enough trust built up, she reached out to us directly when hail damaged her own roof. We took a look, and a full replacement was the right call. She landed on GAF Timberline NS in Pewter Grey for the new roof, and it turned out great. That's the kind of relationship we're after, the ones where people trust us enough to call when it's their own home on the line.
