Comprehensive Roof Replacement and Fascia Repair in Richmond

We completed a full exterior renovation on this Richmond home. We supported the homeowner by performing the necessary landscaping needed to complete our scope of work. Following the landscaping the fascia was replaced to prepare for the new roof install. Next we completed the roof install which included replacement of much of the plywood on the home due to years of moisture infiltration. Once the roof was complete we installed all new vented soffit and aluminum fascia. The next step was to perform painting on all of the siding on the house. During painting we identified damaged pieces of siding that were replaced. Last but not least, we installed all new seamless gutter system. We used RhinoRoof U20 synthetic underlayment and Owens Corning Duration architectural shingles to ensure long-term durability and performance.
