We completed a comprehensive ceiling renovation of a screened-in porch in Irvington. Our team stripped the overhead structure back to the joists to allow for the install new electrical routing for integrated lighting. We focused on creating a high-end architectural finish that transformed the functionality of the outdoor living space. For the final surface, we installed Versatex Canvas Series tongue-and-groove planks. We integrated eight recessed can lights and three silver ceiling fans to improve both ambiance and airflow throughout the area. The project was finished with crisp white trim and beadboard accents, providing a durable and moisture-resistant solution that complements the home's white brick exterior.
