We completed a full home metal roof install in Port Haywood, Virginia. We installed a charcoal gray standing seam metal roof over a full application of DuPont Tyvek Protec PSU high temperature underlayment to ensure superior weather protection. The exterior was finished with clean white board-and-batten siding and a classic red brick veneer foundation for a modern farmhouse aesthetic. We worked with the siding installer to install trim that allowed for the full siding installation prior to the roof install which will prevent scratches and damage to the new metal roof. This new residence now provides a high-performance, low-maintenance living space designed to withstand the coastal climate.
