We performed a comprehensive roof replacement for this Richmond home, addressing the flat roof sections. The project began with the removal of a severely weathered metal flat roof that had caused interior leaking and visible wood rot. We stripped the surfaces down to the decking to ensure a solid foundation for the new roofing system. We utilized an EPDM membrane for the flat transitions to provide superior waterproofing and durability in areas prone to standing water. The completed installation ensures a watertight seal and long-term protection against the elements.
