We completed a comprehensive roof replacement for this multi-story home in Quinton. Our team removed the existing roofing materials down to the plywood decking to ensure a structurally sound foundation for the new system. We meticulously handled the complex roof geometry, including multiple gables, dormers, and intersecting slopes. We installed TopShield underlayment followed by GAF Timberline HDZ architectural shingles for superior durability and wind resistance. The project included updating all ventilation stacks, installing new drip edges, and ensuring water-tight transitions where the roof meets the brick and vinyl siding.
