We completed a front porch roof upgrade for a residence in Mechanicsville. We replaced the existing roofing on the entryway portico with a high-performance standing seam metal system to enhance the home's curb appeal and structural integrity. We first applied DuPont Tyvek Protec PSU underlayment before finishing the roof with matte black standing seam metal panels and custom flashing against the brick exterior. This new installation offers a sleek finish that complements the classic red brick facade and provides long-lasting protection.
