We completed an extensive exterior renovation and efficiency upgrade for this waterfront home in Port Haywood. Our team replaced the aging roof with a high-performance Owens Corning Duration shingle and an EPDM roof on the low slope area. We also performed a full siding replacement using Everlast's lifetime lap siding and installed new board-and-batten composite shutters. To maximize the home’s thermal performance, we integrated fiberglass insulation throughout the entire exterior and then installed new sheathing accross the entire home. The finished project provides a resilient, weather-tight exterior tailored to withstand the coastal Virginia climate.
