We completed a comprehensive roof tune up and flashing replacement for this multi-story home in Fuquay-Varina, North Carolina. To ensure a watertight seal, we installed new metal step flashing, counter flashing and apron flashing at all brick-to-roof joints and chimney bases. We also sealed all plumbing vent boots, added Perma Boots, and addressed weathered sealant around the window sills and exterior trim. This project provides the home with a durable, weather tight roofing system designed to withstand the elements through the next season.
