We completed a full roof replacement on this two-story residence in Cedar Park. After the initial tear-off revealed two layers of existing felt and non-compliant OSB sheathing, we replaced damaged decking sheets to ensure a code-compliant foundation. Our team installed a high-performance architectural asphalt shingle system along with a universal starter course for maximum wind resistance. We upgraded the entire ventilation and flashing system by installing new ridge vents, gooseneck vents, and painted lead pipe jack flashings. The project also included a comprehensive chimney restoration, featuring a new chimney chase cover and integrated ZIP System wall sheathing for superior moisture protection. All metal components were professionally painted to match the new shingles, providing a clean finish and long-term durability.
