We completed a full residential roof replacement for this home in Round Rock. Our team began by removing the aged, damaged asphalt shingles and inspecting the plywood decking to ensure a sound structural base. We then applied a high-performance synthetic underlayment across the entire roof surface to create a secondary moisture barrier and improve overall weather resistance. To ensure proper airflow and code compliance, we installed new ventilation components, including a power attic vent cover and ridge vents. We utilized premium architectural shingles from Malarkey and IKO to provide a durable, long-lasting finish. The finished project provides the home with a robust roofing system designed to withstand the Texas elements while maintaining optimal attic temperatures.
