We performed a comprehensive roofing replacement for this home in Fredericksburg. Our team removed the existing shingles, addressed non-nailable decking by installing new OSB panels, and applied high-performance synthetic underlayment across the entire roof deck. We also replaced the chimney siding with board and batten and repaired all surrounding flashing. For the final layer, we installed IKO Dynasty architectural shingles and IKO UltraHP ridge caps for maximum durability.
