We executed a comprehensive exterior restoration to repair significant hail damage across this Killeen property. Our team performed a full roof tear-off and replacement, which involved removing and replacing six sheets of thin OSB sheathing that were not up to code. We also addressed impact damage on the vinyl siding and replaced several damaged window screens to restore the home's exterior envelope. The project featured the installation of architectural asphalt shingles and new ventilation components, including painted turtle vents and pipe jacks. We ensured all flashing was properly sealed at the chimney and wall transitions, and the satellite system was recalibrated after being detached and reset. This work provided the home with a durable, weather-resistant exterior and improved structural integrity for years to come.
