We completed a full storm damage restoration for a residential property in Leander, Texas. Our team identified significant hail impacts on the architectural shingles, chimney caps, flashing, and downspouts during the initial inspection. We performed a complete tear-off of the existing roofing material and replaced eleven sheets of compromised plywood decking to ensure a stable structural base. We installed new architectural asphalt shingles along with synthetic underlayment and a specialized ice and water barrier in the valleys. The project also included painting the pipe jacks and gutters to match the new aesthetic while replacing damaged window screens and metal downspouts. This comprehensive repair restored the property's weather resistance and long-term durability.
