We performed a complete residential roof replacement for this home in Austin. The project involved removing the old roofing materials down to the OSB sheathing and installing new synthetic underlayment for maximum moisture protection. We addressed every penetration, including pipe jacks, exhaust vents, and a skylight, to ensure a seamless and durable installation. Throughout the process, we focused on precision at critical junctions where the roof meets brick and siding. We installed new metal flashing, kick-out diverters, and high-quality brown asphalt architectural shingles to provide a long-lasting weather seal. This comprehensive update corrected previous sealant failures and brought the entire ventilation and drainage system up to current standards.
