We performed a full residential roof replacement for this home in Leander following significant storm damage. Our team stripped the old materials down to the roof decking to ensure a clean surface for the new installation and documented impact marks on the gutters and fencing. We also addressed damaged window screens and dented downspouts to restore the property's exterior to its original condition. For the new roof, we installed grey architectural asphalt shingles along with several plastic static turtle vents and metal flue pipe rain caps for improved ventilation. The project included the application of a painted drip edge and new underlayment to maximize weather protection. These updates provided the homeowners with a durable, high-performance roofing system designed to withstand future Texas weather events.
