We completed a full residential roof replacement for this home in Round Rock to address aging shingles and minor leaks. Our team removed the existing weathered materials and inspected the OSB roof decking to ensure a solid structural foundation before installing new architectural shingles. We also performed necessary emergency repairs to flashing areas to prevent future water intrusion. During the installation, we focused on the restoration and protection of all roof penetrations. We replaced the HVAC metal boot flashing and resealed all pipe jacks with professional-grade roofing mastic. To finish the project, we primed and painted the metal box vents and stacks, ensuring a cohesive look and enhanced durability against the elements.
