We completed a comprehensive residential roof replacement for a single-story home in Leander. The project involved removing the previous roofing material and preparing the deck for a full installation of new components. We paid close attention to the ventilation system, strategically placing new turtle box vents to ensure optimal attic airflow. Our team utilized Owens Corning Oakridge asphalt shingles and high-performance underlayment to provide a durable, weather-resistant barrier. We also updated the ridge caps and integrated new plumbing vent covers to match the updated shingle profile. This installation provides the residence with enhanced protection and a clean, uniform appearance.
