We completed a full roofing replacement for this residential property in Austin. The project began with emergency tarping to secure the structure before we removed the damaged asphalt shingles and identified significant water damage. We replaced compromised OSB and plywood roof sheathing around plumbing vent stacks to restore the structural integrity of the roof deck. We installed new architectural asphalt shingles along with synthetic underlayment for improved moisture protection. Our team also replaced all roof accessories, including hail-damaged storm collars, plumbing vent flashing, and rectangular roof vents. The final installation features a reinforced ridge cap and integrated flashing designed for long-term weather resistance.
