We completed a full residential roof replacement in Leander following identified storm damage. Our team performed a comprehensive inspection using thermal imaging to check for moisture intrusion before stripping the existing materials down to the wooden roof deck. We addressed compromised shingles and exposed underlayment to restore the home's structural integrity. We installed a new system featuring gray asphalt composite shingles and IKO Stormtite synthetic underlayment for enhanced moisture protection. The project included replacing all plumbing vent boots, installing new painted drip edges, and finishing with custom ridge caps. The result is a durable, weather-tight roofing system designed to withstand future Texas storms.
