We constructed this multi-story custom residence in Qualicum Beach, focusing on a contemporary aesthetic that blends clean lines with natural textures. Our team executed the complete build, from the light-colored panel and corrugated metal exterior to the sprawling open-concept interior spaces. The project included the installation of expansive dark-framed windows to maximize natural light and connect the living areas with the surrounding coastal landscape. Inside, we installed light wood slab cabinetry, a white quartz island, and premium stainless steel appliances to create a chef-inspired kitchen. We integrated high-end finishes throughout, including stacked stone fireplace surrounds, glass-railed staircases, and light-toned hardwood flooring. Outside, we developed a comprehensive living space complete with stone paver patios, a built-in fire pit area, and a dedicated structure for a hot tub to create a functional backyard retreat.
