We performed an exterior waterproofing project on this Toronto home to address foundation moisture issues. Our team excavated a deep trench along the foundation wall to expose the concrete blocks and prepare the surface for treatment. We applied a thick waterproof membrane and sealant to the exterior walls, focusing on the area surrounding the basement sliding window. During the process, we installed a drainage pipe at the base of the excavation to ensure proper water runoff away from the structure. We also reinforced the area around the window well with gravel and proper sealing to prevent future leaks. These updates provided a comprehensive moisture barrier, protecting the basement from groundwater seepage and improving the home's structural integrity.
