We performed a comprehensive exterior foundation repair at a residence in Brampton to address cracking and prevent water infiltration. Our team excavated a narrow trench along the red brick foundation to access the masonry blocks and identify specific structural vulnerabilities. We used precision tools to prep the cracks before applying a protective concrete coating to the wall surface. To ensure long-term moisture protection, we installed a heavy-duty black dimpled drainage membrane along the foundation exterior. We utilized aggregate and gravel during the backfill process to facilitate proper drainage away from the structure. This system provides a durable barrier against groundwater, protecting the basement from future leaks and structural damage.
