We performed a targeted foundation crack repair for a residential client in St. Catharines. After identifying water infiltration through a vertical crack in the poured concrete foundation, we utilized a professional-grade polyurethane injection process. This method sealed the fissure, preventing further moisture entry and structural compromise. We installed injection ports along the crack length to ensure full penetration of the expanding foam through the depth of the wall. In addition to the foam seal, we applied hydraulic cement patches at key points to reinforce the repair area. This remediation effectively stabilized the foundation wall and addressed active water staining concerns to restore the integrity of the basement wall assembly.
