We installed a comprehensive drainage solution for this property in Mississauga, featuring both interior and exterior components. We excavated the concrete floor to install a new sump pump basin and a secondary catch basin at the base of the exterior stairs. This system was designed to prevent water accumulation at the entry point and manage groundwater levels around the foundation. The installation involved a submersible pump, heavy-duty black basins, and durable PVC discharge piping routed through the interior walls and out to the exterior. We finished the project by pouring fresh concrete to secure the basins and patching the surrounding floor areas near the wood-look laminate. These upgrades provide a reliable water management system to protect the basement and stairwell from potential flooding.
