We completed a comprehensive waterproofing and drainage project for this Toronto home to improve foundation protection. Our crew excavated along the exterior brick foundation to install new perforated weeping tiles and corrugated metal window wells. We also performed interior work by trenching the basement floor to install a main line backwater valve. The project included the installation of a high-capacity sump pump system with a dedicated battery backup for continuous operation. We utilized gravel infill within the window wells and around the drainage pipes to ensure efficient water management. Once the mechanical components were tested, we patched the interior concrete and finished the exterior with fresh stone and mulch.
