We completed a comprehensive exterior entryway renovation for this residence in Silver Spring, Maryland. Our team constructed new sets of masonry steps featuring red brick risers and durable stone treads at both the front and side entrances. We also integrated protective building membranes and updated the surrounding facade with a clean stucco finish to ensure long-term weather resistance. To enhance safety and curb appeal, we installed custom black metal picket railings along the new staircases. These powder-coated handrails were securely mounted to the masonry and porch landings, providing a sleek contrast to the brickwork and white stucco walls. This project resulted in a functional upgrade that improved site access and modernized the home's exterior aesthetic.
