This project showcases a "Standard-Plus" approach, where we took our high-quality base railing design and added elegant ornamental details. The design utilizes our standard 1-inch square posts and 1/2-inch pickets, with the traditional channel and molded top bar for a comfortable, high-end feel. To achieve a classic, decorative look, we integrated 3-inch solid iron rings between the pickets. This simple addition transforms a standard functional railing into a sophisticated architectural feature that enhances the home's character while remaining cost-effective. Safety and longevity were our top priorities. The railing was treated with our standard primer coat followed by a professional application of conventional black protective paint, providing a timeless semi-gloss finish that protects against the elements.
