This project involved replacing a worn and outdated iron staircase that had become a structural liability. While the stairs were failing, the existing railings were still in excellent condition. We recommended a cost-effective retrofit solution: fabricating a brand-new structural base while salvaging and re-integrating the original iron railings. We custom-fabricated a new iron diamond plate landing and staircase for maximum durability and slip resistance. Our team then carefully removed the existing railings from the old structure and precision-welded them onto the new frame. This entire "demo and install" process was completed in just one day, ensuring the homeowner had safe, immediate access to their property by evening.
