Capitol Iron Works partnered with a local property management team to upgrade the safety and accessibility of a high-traffic public entrance. We replaced the existing worn-out handrails with a heavy-duty industrial pipe railing system, engineered to withstand the rigors of commercial use while providing a reliable grip for residents and visitors. The project features 2-inch round steel pipe used consistently for the posts and handrails, creating a smooth, continuous surface that is ideal for ADA compliance and public safety. To ensure long-term durability against the elements and heavy use, the entire system was treated with a high-quality primer and finished with a standard black satin coating.
