Commercial Roofing Repair using Custom Patch & Hand Weld

Commercial property landlord called about flat roof leaking. Roof is well beyond life expectancy, property owner only wanted repairs at this time. One of our flat roof techs went out and cut custom patches and hand welded seams to stop the leaking. Also repaired some interior ceiling tiles.
