We completed a comprehensive exterior transformation for this residential property in Gretna. Our team performed a full tear-off of the outdated beige vinyl siding, exposing the original sheathing and preparing the structure for a modern, high-performance upgrade. We then installed a combination of horizontal lap siding and vertical board-and-batten gables to create a sophisticated and refreshed profile. We utilized James Hardie fiber cement siding in the popular Arctic White finish to ensure long-term durability and resistance to the elements. The project included a full installation of James Hardie Weather Barrier and seam tape to maximize the home’s thermal envelope. To complete the look, we wrapped the soffits and fascia with white aluminum trim coil and updated the drainage system with new downspouts. This renovation significantly enhanced the home's curb appeal while providing a low-maintenance exterior solution.
