We performed a complete exterior renovation on this Omaha residence, replacing aged, peeling wood siding with a modern and durable solution. Our team removed the weathered materials, repaired damaged foundation parging, and prepared the structure with a high-performance James Hardie weather barrier. We installed new fiber cement siding across the entire home and the detached garage to ensure long-term protection and a cohesive look. We used James Hardie fiber cement siding in Iron Gray with a Cedarmill texture to provide a classic wood-grain finish without the maintenance requirements of traditional timber. The project included updating the trim and porch details, significantly improving the home's curb appeal and weather resistance.
