We performed a complete exterior overhaul for this Fort Calhoun residence, starting with a full tear off of two layers of old roofing. We installed new architectural asphalt shingles, replaced the ridge caps, and added a new Versa Cap to the chimney. We also removed the existing siding to make way for a more durable and modern exterior. Our team installed James Hardie fiber cement siding in Pearl Gray, complemented by custom six-inch trim and eight-inch garage bucks. We finished the project with a new white aluminum gutter system featuring perforated leaf guards and updated soffit and fascia. This comprehensive renovation significantly enhanced the home’s protection while providing a clean, refreshed look.
