We completed a full exterior transformation for this residential property in Fort Calhoun. Our team removed the existing deteriorated blue siding and addressed areas of wood rot on the fascia and corner trim. We then installed James Hardie Weather Barrier to ensure a moisture-protected envelope before applying the new siding and trim components. We utilized James Hardie fiber cement siding in Mountain Sage with a Select Cedarmill texture to provide a durable and natural wood-grain appearance. The design features Arctic White trim for the corners and skirt boards, complemented by Woodtone Old Cherry accents on the gables and chimney. To finish the project, we installed a 5-inch white Hydroflo gutter system to improve water management and protect the new exterior.
