We completed a comprehensive exterior renovation for this residence in Omaha, replacing the outdated siding and upgrading the windows. Our team performed a full tear-off of the existing materials, exposing the structure to install new rigid foam insulation for improved energy efficiency. We also addressed specific roofing needs, replacing ridge shingles and valley metal to ensure the entire home was weather-tight. For the finish, we installed James Hardie fiber cement siding in Mountain Sage, providing a durable and fade-resistant exterior. We complemented the new siding with Arctic White trim and refreshed the concrete block foundation with matching masonry paint. The final result significantly improved the home's curb appeal while providing long-lasting protection against the Nebraska elements.
