We completed an extensive exterior renovation for this home in Omaha, focusing on a full siding replacement and updated outdoor living features. We installed horizontal lap siding across all elevations to provide a uniform appearance and improved weather protection. The scope also included the construction of a custom composite deck and a tiered stone paver patio. We utilized James Hardie siding in the color Timber Bark, complemented by new dark-framed windows and a stone retaining wall. We also integrated landscape lighting into the gravel borders and paver sections to enhance the backyard's usability. These updates modernized the home’s aesthetic while creating a durable and low-maintenance outdoor environment. This was a tear off of 2 layers of siding!!!!!
