Shutter Restoration and Trim Paint in The Broadmoor

The shutters on this house were really in rough shape, peeling, and crackling paint, with lots of exposed wood. We were able to scrape and sand them properly as well as seal them to create an acceptable surface. We also prepped and painted the soffits and fascia as well as seal the stucco patio with an elastomeric masonry coating. The colors that the homeowner chose were a very subtle but very rich change in the overall feel of the home. Colors used were Sherwin Williams Accessible Beige for the Soffits and Fascia and Sherwin Williams Mothwing for the accent (shutters and stucco patio)
