Project in Colorado Springs

Beautiful transformation on the north side of Colorado Springs! We used two full coats of @sherwinwilliams Emerald exterior paint for this project to provide a long lasting, rich and beautiful finish. Our COMPLIMENTARY Color Consultant helped this homeowner pick beautiful timeless colors! Body: SW Herbal Wash 7739, Accent/Garage doors: SW Grassland 6163, Trim: SW Alabaster 7008, Front Door: SW Rainstorm 6230 This one took a lot of prep work! The bottoms of the siding boards were all peeling much worse than they seemed, and the grain of the siding was separating, even though from the street the house didn’t look like it was in too bad of shape. That’s where good old-fashioned elbow, grease, and preparation come in to save the day! Spraying and back rolling really helps to ensure the bottoms of the siding boards are sealed.
