We completed a comprehensive stamped concrete project for this new construction home in the Heron Lakes neighborhood of Berthoud. Our team handled the entire process, from initial site excavation and gravel base preparation to the final decorative pour. We installed a spacious main patio area, integrated walkways, and a tiered concrete staircase to improve the property's outdoor accessibility. We used a dark gray pigment and a professional stamping pattern to give the concrete a high-end, textured stone appearance. The installation included a robust rebar reinforcement grid and proper drainage via PVC pipe integration to ensure long-term durability. This finished project provides a functional and visually cohesive outdoor living space that complements the home's modern architectural style.
