We completed a comprehensive restoration of this large commercial metal roofing system in Orlando to address years of weathering and surface rust. Our team prepared the surface by clearing debris and removing failing sealant patches from the corrugated panels and transition joints. We performed targeted repairs on the parapet walls and reinforced the flashing around the integrated fiberglass skylights to ensure a watertight seal. We then applied a high-performance silicone coating across the entire structure to create a seamless, UV-resistant barrier. This restoration process included sealing all exposed fasteners and improving the drainage around scuppers and downspouts. The final white topcoat significantly improves the facility's thermal efficiency while providing long-term protection against the elements.
