We completed a comprehensive roof restoration for an industrial warehouse facility in Sarasota. The project involved addressing damaged interior insulation and preparing the extensive metal roof surfaces for a long-term protective solution. Our team focused on reinforcing the existing structure and securing all metal panels to ensure a stable foundation for the new system. We applied an SPF system with a multi-layer white silicone coating system by Everest, specifically targeting seams, fasteners, and complex penetrations like HVAC units, ventilation fans, and dome skylights. This reflective finish provides superior waterproofing and UV resistance, helping to reduce cooling costs for the large warehouse space. The result is a durable, seamless barrier that extends the life of the commercial metal roof.
