We completed a comprehensive commercial roof restoration for this multi-story hotel located in Oldsmar. Our crew applied a high-reflectivity white silicone coating system across the entire flat roof to provide a durable, seamless barrier against the elements. We carefully navigated around various mechanical units and vents to ensure complete coverage and a watertight seal. The installation involved detailed preparation of the existing surface and careful sealing of all roof penetrations. We successfully integrated the new white membrane with the building's dark metal roof accents and entrance porte-cochère. This upgrade significantly improves the building's thermal performance while extending the life of the roofing system.
